When you use Search Marvelous, you trust us
with your searches and we understand and value this trust. We have provided
this Privacy Policy to explain how Search Marvelous protects your privacy while
searching, what information we collect through Search Marvelous, and some of
your privacy rights regarding that information.

protects the privacy of consumers; and is committed to delivering a
privacy-safe search environment.
Data collection
We do not collect any of our visitors’
personal information. When using Search Marvelous neither your IP address is
recorded nor is the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox,
Chrome, etc.) collected. No analyses are made, which operating system our users
use; your searches are not recorded either. We record absolutely no personally
identifiable information from our visitors.
We protect your privacy by means of our policy
not to collect personally identifiable data. Other website operators can use
your IP address and information about your browser and operating system in
connection with other data, to identify your computer, your place of residence
and you. Furthermore, it is important not to store any search terms, given that
these can also contain personal data.
Third party websites you visit have their own
privacy policy. Search Marvelous is not responsible for third party website
policies and actions.
Search Marvelous may use Cookies which can be
used to identify a user (see Cookies for more information) and also recaptcha to verify you are real.
Cookies
We may use cookies. A “cookie” is a packet of
information sent by a server to a Web browser and then sent back by the browser
each time it accesses that server, or to cache user preferences (such as but
not limited to user selected graphics). By default, most browsers are set up to
accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies; and still be
able to make searches on Searching Sector.
Legal Issues
There are a
few, rare circumstances when we may have to share your information either to
obey the law or protect our rights. We’ll share information only to comply with
laws or legally enforceable requests, to enforce our own rights and contracts
with users or third parties, or to prevent harm to others and their property in
an emergency situation.
In all
instances, we’ll share the minimum information necessary to meet the immediate
need and inform you of our disclosure when legally and practically possible. Search
Marvelous follows the legal guidelines of Panama.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our services are not intended for children
under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or
through our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information
through our services. If we learn we have collected or received personal
information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we
